Welcome to Klondike Cabins. By booking a room or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Payment

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.

  • 50% of reservation total is due at time of booking. Remaining balance will be billed to card on file at time of check-in.

  • Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00pm

  • Check-out: 11:00am

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we strictly enforce the following:

  • No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

  • Guests Only: Amenities and common areas are for registered hotel guests only. No outside visitors or day guests are allowed onsite. Event attendees for weddings and other booked events are considered guests of the hotel for the duration of the booked event period.

  • Security Cameras: Security cameras are active in exterior areas and common areas. Tampering with or disabling cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all fees and immediate eviction.

  • Gatherings & Events: Parties and gatherings are not permitted without prior written authorization from management.

  • Furniture: Please do not move furniture in the common areas.

  • Cleanliness: Guests are expected to dispose of trash in the provided wastebaskets.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

4. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges will be applied to the card on file. Klondike Cabins is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay.

5. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Klondike Cabins and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.


7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

8. Cancellation, No-Show & Refunds

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the room booking fees (not including products like Pet Fees or Bottle of Wine) plus applicable taxes. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged for the complete stay. No-shows will be charged for the complete stay and purchased products. 

For stays during peak periods, full Retreat bookings, or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy. 

Early departures: Unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.

Date changes: Changes requested within 14 days of arrival are treated as a cancellation/rebook and follow this policy.

Third-party bookings (OTAs): If you booked through a third-party site, changes/cancellations must be made with that site and are subject to its terms.

Force majeure / discretion: In the event of declared emergencies or official travel restrictions, the property may, at its sole discretion, waive fees or issue credits.
